Modfix offers a custom moulding service for an array of products. Where there is repetition, whether it be to an existing product, a modification to a product or a completely new product, Modfix can assist.

Custom Products can be produced using your existing die or a completely new die can be designed and manufactured.

Apart from the core building products that we produce, custom products are currently produced for the floral, food, engineering, electrical and toy industries.
   

With toolmaking facilities on our site, the complete moulding service includes die design, tooling, die testing, die repairs and production. With in-house testing facilities, we can also load test the final product where required.

Apart from our own product development program, which is complimented with on site toolmaking facilities, Modfix can promptly assess your own special moulding requirements.
   

Machine Capacities

The size, quantity and materials used for a custom product is governed by the size of the die and the machine capacity. Modfix operates a range of moulding machines to suit most applications.
   

Using Your Die

Lead Times

Depending on the complexity of the product and the relevant die, leadtimes can range from one week to six months. Actual moulding can be programmed into a production run, within a two week cycle. Before committing to a particular project, please enquire with us beforehand.
