The new heavy duty clip-on range from Modfix was initially designed as a replacement for concrete blocks and wire chairs in the heavy precast market, overcoming concrete compatability, moisture retention and rust problems. A quick easy to use barchair which is versatile, strong and robust.
The new barchair has been tested to 200kg in most cases, ensuring it will support heavy loads on site. Steelfixers walking freely on the bar or mesh, have been greatly impressed with it’s strength and stability.
Ensuring minimum cover requirements has never been easier. The new chairs are versatile in the range of bar sizes they can accommodate, Y12 and Y16 as a clip-on and also up to Y28 in non clip-on applications.
Quality plastic used in the manufacture and the compact design adds to their strength and the grey colour blends in with the concrete. |
